Course Overview

Building enduring relationships is a critical skill for success.  These relationships are founded on trust and clear, open and honest communication. Have you ever wondered how to work more effectively with others to get things done?  Or tried to figure out how to get what you need without creating conflict or damaging the relationship?  Then this course is for you.  


BPWR focuses on your natural ability to communicate. It enhances your effectiveness by providing you with the knowledge, skills, and tools to achieve your goals.  One of the biggest career derailers is poor interpersonal skills. The most powerful action you can take to manage your career is to build your skill to relate well to others.
