He founded LeadingCulture an organization dedicated to bringing applied research and leading edge thinking to build successful, high performance organizations. Mark is currently Associate Faculty at Royal Roads University in Victoria, BC where he teaches in their renowned School of Leadership Studies and has worked as part of a global team pioneering ideas on Values Based Leadership. He recently contributed a chapter to the new leadership book “Leading with Spirit, Presence, & Authenticity” (2014), Jossey-Bass.
As a strategic HR consultant Linda has worked with a variety of organizations in the technology, retail, construction, project management and social services sectors. Her experience as the Vice President, Human Resources at a large, international design engineering and electronics manufacturing company where she played a key development and advisory role relative to all aspects of talent acceleration, organizational development and culture management give her insights unlike other HR Consults. She bring on-the-ground, real life experience that ensures you get practical coaching, policies and programs that really work. Linda is a Level two certified Cultural Transformation Consultant and MBTI and is a Certified Compensation Professional

She will help you receive the best quality service, by working with you and your team to coordinate the course logistics, so that your people are registered and have completed all preparation and advance work, such as instruments like the MBTI or the Strength Deployment Inventory.
