The Values Based Leadership Program (VBL), is a competency based leadership program that is designed to develop  leadership potential and achieve organizational goals. VBL equips leaders with the knowledge, skills, and tools to build trust and respect, energize and empower teams, lead and manage change, coach for performance and deliver results. You will learn from experienced instructors and apply what you learn to your own work situations. VBL will help you become a more confident and authentic leader who can make a difference for your organization.

Personal Leadership

Lead with impact 

The  Personal Leadership workshop focuses on developing core competencies in communication, coaching, feedback, and conflict management. Participants will identify their strengths and areas for improvement, align with core values, foster trust and mutual understanding, and conduct powerful coaching conversations. The workshop offers practical tools and leading thinkers in the field of leadership to apply immediately 

Collaborative Leadership

Lead High Performance Teams

Teams are the fundamental building blocks of organizations.  Learn practical tools to build high-performance teams and facilitate decision-making and problem-solving. Participants will learn competencies of team leadership, facilitation, setting goals, motivating teams, and conducting effective meetings. The course aims to tap into the diversity of the team, organizations and communities to achieve amazing results

Change Leadership

Coach for Performance 

Change leadership equips you with practical tools, models, and knowledge to effectively manage change and coach for performance.  Learn a powerful coaching method, conduct performance dialogue, and coach for performance. You will understand why people resist change, learn to coach individuals through transition, appreciate individual relating styles, and address transition-related behavior problems

Competency based

VBL is a well-researched full-spectrum competency-based program.  Designed on the competencies that leaders need to be successful – Personal Mastery, Building Enduring Relationships, Energizing the Team, Leading Change, and Delivering Results.   Each module build your skill step-by-step. 

Cohort Driven

The program is Cohort driven.  Each class goes through the program together.  By doing so, participants build trust with each.  Within this safe environment, you will learn  from the rich experiences of your peers.   You will have to the opportunity to coach and be coached. This trulyis a leadership lab. 

2+1 Strategy

Each module is delivered on a 2+1 format – a two-day workshop, followed in 3-weeks with an online co-development application and integration session. The goal of the integration session is to improve management and leadership practices through interaction with other participants. During the co-development session, participants will bring real cases related to the material and have the opportunity to be coached, and to coach others.

2+1 is Different

How often have you attended a training program, been excited about the material, and two weeks later you are not using any of the skills? VBL is really different.  It take place over 14 weeks with a 2+1 strategy.  Each 2-day module is followed by an online session to support your leadership development. It promotes real learning as you apply and practices your growing leadership competencies and skill over time.  You will receive quallty coaching from the instructor and your peers throughout the program,
