Traditionally, intangibles such as culture and values have been difficult to measure and, therefore, have not been included as part of the business manager’s scorecard or the dashboard of key performance indicators.

The Barrett Model
The Barrett Values Centre’s Seven Levels of Consciousness services help an organization’s leaders to grow and develop by learning to master seven specific levels of personal consciousness and seven specific levels of organizational consciousness. Barrett Values Center also creates Seven Levels of Consciousness reports for organizations that guide them in assessing and comparing the leaders’ personal values, the organization’s current values, and the organization’s desired cultural values.
