The Values-Based Leadership Program (VBL), is a full-spectrum leadership program that develops managers’ core competencies of building enduring relationships, energizing the team, leading and managing change, coaching for performance, and delivering results. VBL provides leaders with the knowledge, skills, and practical tools for leaders that can be applied immediately. The program is delivered over a period of 16 weeks. You will attend one (1) two-day session per month followed by a 1/2 day online session to receive coaching from your instructor and your peers.
You will build skills on five core leadership competencies:
- Personal Mastery. You are the raw material of leadship. Get in touch with your vision, name our core values, and gain personal insights
- Build enduring relationships. Learn to build trust, become a great listener, give feedback, and conduct difficult conversations.
- Build high-performance teams. Develop skills as a facilitative leader, collaborate to solve problems, make decisions, and conduct effective meetings.
- Lead change and coach for performance. Identify how to lead both organizational change and coach for performance
VBL consists of three courses:
- Personal Leadership: Develop your personal mastery and Lead with impact
- Collaborative Leadership: Build High-Performance Teams and become a facilitative leader
- Change and Coach for performance: Lead and coach people through change.
