Course Overview
Personal Leadership: Lead with impact. Viewing oneself as a leader, this workshop focuses on developing core competencies in communication, coaching, feedback, and conducting difficult conversations. Participants will identify their strengths and areas for improvement, align with core values, foster trust, and mutual understanding, and conduct powerful coaching conversations. You will build on your strengths, and identify areas for improvement. Learn how to manage your emotions, energy, and stress in challenging situations. Learn to communicate effectively, listen empathetically, and give and receive feedback. Discover how to establish trust, influence others, and handle conflicts in your team and organization. You will also develop a personal leadership vision and action plan that will help you grow as a leader, lead others, and get things done.
